Hi Everyone!
I hurt everywhere today especially my shoulders and arms. Some days I just hurt all over. And my cheeks look just like this. Malar rash. Typical lupus flare.
Like making dinner.
Tonight I made crusted cod, brussel sprouts from the garden and egg noodles with Parmesan. Mr. M did help me get the kitchen clean.
Thought I would get this post up and then go lay down.
Hope all of you are having a good evening.
Nicole

Looks delicious. Feel better soon Nicole.

You still get done what you need to get done. Go you, Nicole, and I hope the flare subsides soon.

ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better very soon Nicole. And your dinner looks tasty. I haven't had cod in a long time.
ReplyDeleteRick sometimes says "How can you do what you do when you feel like you do?" And the fact is, I refuse to let illness define me (any more than it has to.) Otherwise, I'd just be doing nothing and that is not an option. Sounds like the same for you.
ReplyDeleteI have lots of days like that--without the rash. Hope the flare passes quickly. *love and hugs*
ReplyDeleteTake care of yourself!
