Fresh cod and garden veggies

 Hi Everyone!

I hurt everywhere today especially my shoulders and arms. Some days I just hurt all over. And my cheeks look just like this. Malar rash. Typical lupus flare.
But I am a lupus worrier and things just have to get done.
Like making dinner.
Tonight I made crusted cod, brussel sprouts from the garden and egg noodles with Parmesan.
Mr. M did help me get the kitchen clean.
Thought I would get this post up and then go lay down.
Hope all of you are having a good evening.
 Nicole

  9. Rick sometimes says "How can you do what you do when you feel like you do?" And the fact is, I refuse to let illness define me (any more than it has to.) Otherwise, I'd just be doing nothing and that is not an option. Sounds like the same for you.
