Friday Face OFF It's a learning curve.

Welcome To Friday Face OFF (FFO)

This is the place to show off your faces or your face. Post any type of face from any medium. You can create it, or find it in nature, or even that face in the design of the
woodwork in your house.
Human, animal, alien, or monster.
ANY KIND OF FACE!

For anyone who doesn't know, I'm a great researcher, and always have been. If someone wanted to know about something they came to me. Even before the internet.  I wrote for several news papers in my younger day so I guess that's where it comes from.

Plus I just like it. That brings me to learning about CKD stage 4 and how to feed Mr. M. No there is no renal dietitian to help me. However, I found a wealth of information. With that said, I have had to be very careful because even with reputable web sites the information is conflicting.
So I check, double check and triple check my findings. I have lucked into some great Kidney sites and today found a place with the journal of renal nutrition on how to reduce potassium and phosphorus from almost every food item.
I can't tell you how happy I am about this and next week will show you what I'm doing to help Mr. M's. one kidney maintain stability. Maybe it will help someone out there.

OK, it's not a face. LOL

As you can imagine I have had no time for art.
So this week it is AI art for you.

Got my witch on today. :)

I would love to have this in my kitchen but I would worry about keeping it clean.

I have so many skulls in my house that I forgot I do have a big skull coffee cup.

Now it's time for some features.

Don't forget to link up with Gillena

That's it for me,now it's time to
show me your face.

I have always enjoyed doing research also. One of my early jobs was chasing credit for a lender. I got good at finding people. If I had had the internet we could probably have found them all.
Oooh that skull coffeepot - but you are right about keeping it clean.

Good AI pieces. All the best with your CKD research.

Sad you have to do the research yourself, but great you like this and even so much better you will share!!! I´m not good, too impatient for this - I do not have the problem (yet) but I thank you! Cool coffee-machine indeed, as your coffee cup.
Have a great Friday!

I love AI generated images that just reveal their own charms on their own.

When I see the number of factual errors in newspapers it’s hard to believe that any research is done at all!

I like your search things too. Sodium wasn't as hard to control as potassium was when we were doing that. And you cook a lot so that makes it even easier. Good luck Nicole. That's a cool skull mug, and thanks for sharing that frog journal page made. It's appreciated. Have a super weekend ahead. hugs-Erika

My sister-in-law has just one kidney so it will be interesting to read your research.

You spent your time on the most important priority this week, Nicole. I'm a research too, and I love doing it. I always check, double check, and triple check information I publish in a post. You're so right about having to check information, especially when it's critical, like in Mr M's case. I'm sure he will thrive under your care. I hope you can do some art this weekend! 🍀❤️

I can totally see that you would like that coffee maker, Nicole, it's right down your alley! I don't have a face today, But I wanted at least to say hi. I have no idea what renal nutrition looks like, so I'm glad that you will let us know. Have a good weekend, hugs - Carola

I'd be one who's interested to hear what you discovered about a kidney diet. I like to research things, too. The internet is a godsend for it, but I check many, many websites also because of conflicting advice. I was just researching my newest adventure today for the face lump--mohs micrographic surgery for the lump on my face (skin cancer). Quite the drawn out procedure done in segments...even said bring a book or something to work on--lol!
Anyways, Have a wonderful weekend!! :)
