Friday Face OFF 10/27/23

Welcome to Friday Face OFF (FFO)
This is the place to show off your faces or your face. Post any type of face from any medium. You can create it, or find it in nature, or even that face in the design of woodwork in your house. Any kind of face.
If you are reading this on Friday I am in surgery for my foot. Yes, I know one flippen thing after another with me. LOL
To get ready for surgery I have spent the last week cleaning and getting things organized for Mr. M. so he can take care of me. No one cleans my house like I do.
Part of that is an empty wall in my first living room.  So I decided to hang faces.
This photo makes the area look small but in reality this wall surface is quite large.
These are all old drawings and most of the frames came from the thrift store. It's a great place to find good frames for little money.

My oldest grandson flew from CA to FL for a day to learn how to make homemade tamales from my DIL
I so wish I could be closer to my family. They had a wonderful time together.
My granddaughter Koral and
grandson Troy Drake.

Dad with the boys. Isaac, Troy Sr.
and Troy Drake.

Here is the whole gang. Yes my youngest grandson is a big boy.
Well that's it for me today. I will spend the weekend recovering and watching The Conjuring movies with Mr. M.
The newest addition to the saga premiers  Saturday on HBO The Nun 2. Perfect for me.

The features for today are.....
I will also be linking up with Gillena

Everyone that joins in has incredible faces to share. I appreciate each and every one.
Thank you for joining FFO.
Now show me your face.
You know the rules but just in case you are new to FFO.
This is where you can show any kind of face in any medium. Let your imagination go wild. Then link your blog to this one, link up with MR. Linky and start leaving comments. You will not be disappointed.

Sorry to read you will be in surgery tomorrow morning. I hope you have a speedy recovery.

I agree that thrift stores have great frames for little money. I got some real bargains one year at a garage sale, too.

It was awesome to see your family together like that. Your DIL must make some mean tamales! What a stunning and fun group photo. Nice all could get together for a fun group shot.

Get well soon, dear Nicole.

And after that feel free to come over and proof your house-cleaning skills ;-)
Great faces - on the wall as well as in real life, if sadly far away...
Happy movie-watching and a good recovery!

I agree ... one flipping thing after another. That seems to be the case in everybody's life these days. No rest for the weary, right? I love that you are hanging your drawings. I recognize most of the faces especially the one of you. Your talent should be on display ... good for you!
As for your family, you have some handsome young and older men in your family. Must be nice to be surrounded by handsomeness. I have a few of my own and now my Granddaughter (age 14) has an adorable boy friend. We certainly never get too old to appreciate the scenery, right? Not to ignore your attractive DIL and Granddaughter. You are surely blessed, Nicole ... Hope you are doing well after your surgery. I am enjoying Halloween and snow at the same time ... can you believe it? Be well, mu friend ...
