Welcome to Friday Face OFF. This is where you can show any kind of face in any medium. Let your imagination go wild. Then link your blog to this one, link up with MR. Linky and start leaving comments. Everyone who joins in shares such wonderful art pieces.
I should have made this post earlier in the day, like before I went to the dentist. I only had to have one tooth pulled. My dentist is the best I have ever had work on my teeth. However, having a tooth pulled at my age really takes it out of me. So forgive the short post. However, I want to thank all of you that join in. I will show the tutorial on this beauty next week.
I think I have to keep this one.
Now for the featured artist.
This week is Gillena
I will also be linking up with Gillena
Again I appologise for the shot post and promise to make it up to you next week. Now it's time to show me your face. Thank you for joining in.

I'm glad the bloody mouth with fangs face isn't a self-portrait after your tooth extraction! Just FYI Nicole, I'm going to be participating in Friday Face Off all July and August because I have a bunch of human and animal faces from recent art classes that I can share.
I hope you feel better soon, Nicole. I have never had a tooth pulled before, but I can empathize. There is nothing worse than a tooth ache.
That is one scary bird. He is impressive, too. Sorry I didn't make it to visit everyone last week, but I was definitely too sick to sit at my computer and visit anyone. Luckily, I was able to visit a few people before I got too sick. Have a great weekend, dear friend and please stay safe and positive.
Oh, another horror story, everybody seems to have teeth-problems and I since March avoid mine (just a checkup, but I get afraid...).
Great how the face changed!
I got eyes, btw, very cool!
Awww, the birdie. He´s cute - apart from the fact I cannot face burnings (I really nearly faded once).
Hope your pain is on the way out, Happy FFO-Day
Happy Friday, Nicole! Hugs!
Such a beautiful pair of masks. They are a little like Geisha faces too.
Having a tooth pulled sounds terrifying. I hope you'll be better soon.

Hello Nicole,
Impressive art as always.
Enjoy the summer time xx
Getting a tooth pulled is never fun, and I hope you will feel better soon.
Your dead bird looks interesting, but I think I prefer birds when they're alive.
Face it, you are a hit!
Thanks for sharing the blog so well and I hope you have something new for me to study.🥰

Oh dear, Nicole, going to the dentist can be really problematic, I know that too! Your first FACE also goes a bit with the dentist topic, teeth and blood are definitely part of it 😉 I'm curious about your making-of. The "dead bird" looks very realistic!
Warm July greetings and all the best, Traude

Having a tooth pulled at any age is difficult. I hope you have a speedy and painless recovery.
I'm sorry to hear about the tooth being pulled but I am happy to see you're back making a lot of new art. It's good to see it. Hope the energy is back soon and the mouth feels better asap. hugs-Erika
...I must say that I like the original best! Thanks for hosting.
I feel so clever because I think I know how you did the face. It looks similar to my faux stained glass.
Nicely ghoulish work Nicole! Feel better soon!
you are undeniably you.... I love that
LeeAnna
Have a nice weekend Nicole
Much💚love
Your faces are always amazing, Nicole! I find the doll face with the red lips and orange yellow eye shadow the creepiest piece of all! You have my sympathy over losing a tooth. It is no fun! I didn't finish my El Morro post yesterday, so this morning I had to get up and crank out a different one. One of these days I'll get to art. Have a great weekend!
I love the birds.
Coffee is on, and stay safe.
So maybe that wicked face is the inner-self of the pretty face. I am sure many people have such inner-selves hidden away. But your bird ... oh my, she is fantastic, though a little sad to see a bird in such a condition. I think she is my favorite so far and that is saying something given all of the awesome faces you have produced ... of course you know, I have a thing for birds anyway :) Hope your tooth pulling wound heals quickly (as I know it will because mouth wounds heal much faster than ordinary wounds :0 ) and you are back to speed by next week. Stay well, Nicole

Fabulous faces and birds!
Hope all went well at the dentist. I'm having a root canal next week, not looking forward to that!
Happy July!
Alison
What a beautiful mask! Looking forward to watching how you do them.
It's so easy for you, Nicole, not for me :-) LOL.
Have a nice and sunny weekend!
Feel better soon.
All the best Jan
I really like the blog and I hope people will have a new blog, thanks for the blog.😘

lol, this is really not "my cup of tea" but I think you are very good at what you are doing. I think a hawk or wolf should be fooled of them :) ;)
