T Stands for short post

 Hi Everyone!

This is going to be short. I am still not feeling well. I had more tests done today. Thank goodness the pain comes in waves and it's not constant any longer. It helps to move so I took care of the garden and picked a little of lots. LOL

I cut herbs every other day or so and everything is growing and full. I got a cabbage today nice and firm. I will tell the cabbage store tomorrow. Lots of lettuce, more squash and a few beans and peas. I am going to have a bumper crop of peas. It you take the few that are ready it promotes growth.

It won't win any contests but it is a nice size.
Lots of squash.

That went to the dehydrator.

To get in I must show a drink. Well, it has been water, water, and more water for me.

Not my photo. Found on google.

That's it for me today.
Stay cool out there.

I sure hope you feel better soon, Nicole! So, those dehydrated squash slices -- do you eat them like chips or do you put them in soups, stews, etc. to rehydrate? How do you use them?

I seem to be drinking a lot more water this summer.
What do you do with the dehydrated zucchini/squash? What I mean is how do you prepare it later?

I hope you're better soon Nicole. Nice veggies. It is too hot for my peas; the plants haven't gotten any bigger than about 2 inches. Enjoy yours! Hope it's a low pain T day. hugs-Erika

You seem to have bumper crops ever since you started gardening. I am in awe. I'm not a fan of cabbage, but I love squash of any kind. Goodness, I can't believe you got those in a single day. I am rather envious. Thanks for sharing your week's worth of bumper crops and your water with us for T this Tuesday, dear Nicole. I really, really, really wish you felt better. I hope the pain subsides very soon, dear.

Homegrown peas are delicious aren't they. We tend to just stand in the garden and eat them straight out of the pods lol Hope you feel much better very soon. Happy T Day! Elle/EOTC xx

I'm sorry that you're still feeling unwell and truly hope that you get much better soon. The veggies from your garden look fabulous, I'm so envious. Again, my zucchini have decided to not doing well. I'm probably the only one on the planet who can't grow zucchini.

I am sorry you're still not feeling well, but I'm glad you're able to spend some time in the garden. Your plants are doing well. I have a cup of coffee in the mornings but then water -lots of water- the rest of the day :) Happy T Tuesday!

What do you do with your dehydrated squash? Chips?
Your garden must be producing a lot! That is great to hear as I know you had rain and wind issues earlier in the season.
Sorry to hear that you are still experiencing so much pain. It is good that it is intermittent and that you can still do some things in between. Hope you get some answers soon!
Happy Tea Day,
Kate

I hope you feel better soon. Hopefully the test will help the doctors to help you. Your produce looks great; I would say anyone who grows anything like that has a green thumb! Wishing you a great T Day!

I am so sorry about your not yet feeling well. I hope that the tests reveal results that are not serious and easily remedied. Thanks for the reminder about cutting the herbs daily. I'm not very good at that!

I'm sorry you are going through a rough patch healthwise. I hope the pain gets better soon.
But it's good you have been able to do things in the garden. That will take your mind off your pain.
Your produce is looking really good. What you had in your hand was that the cabbage? Or a large lettuce?
I'm intrigued by your dehydrator. I never thought of drying slices of courgettes/zucchini. Here we dry tomatoes (sundried tomatoes). I could try. The air here is very dry and the sun is hot. Those slices would dry very quickly, but what do I do with them? eat them as chips? Do you put salt on them?
Happy T-Day,
Hugs.
