No Time

 Hi Everyone!

OMG!!! I have been extremely busy the last 2 two days. With what? I can't tell you. It seems every time I think I can visit blogs some thing comes up. I have been going to gardening school via you tube too. I promise Friday and Saturday I will catch up with all of you.
For Paint Party Friday I have this weird piece of abstract. I'm a weirdo what can I say?  LOL
Also the rain is still coming down with force. Wind? I can't even talk about it. It is like winter all over again. We do get a break tomorrow and then another week of storms. uuhhhgggg
Enough of that. I had painted this canvas black quite awhile ago. I just put it on the easel and went for it. Again no rhyme or reason. I didn't have any intentions of putting in a face but as an after thought I did. Ya know one of those wondering thoughts.
As  I look at this on line this piece feels quite disturbing. Chaos, sickness, unsettled.
What do you see?

I am hoping that all of you are well, have enough food and supplies and are keeping in touch with family and friends.

Hey Nicole, it's good to be busy. 👍🏻 And it's fine if it's a secret! 😉

Gotta agree with you, that piece is... quite something. I do like how colorful it is, though! 🤎🧡💚💜🤍🖤💛💙

The colors are fantastic, but I do have to say it is scary for me-which is not a bad thing at all. It is very expressive-and you are really good at that.

Good to be so busy I think. We've been getting lots of rain but today was a glorious sunny, 86 degrees-first time I sat in the sun to get some color this season:)
Your art piece is very interesting but is a bit dark and yes, disturbing or eerie. Happy PPF!

I agree it's good to be busy unless you are in catch up mode like I seem to be lately.

Rather disturbingly, this piece made me feel a bit like I felt the first time I saw Crows over the Cornfield by van Gogh. It was chilling, but if I didn't look at the face, it was a nice abstract.

I had left a comment on how we're working in a similar fashion but the computer ate it... oy... and it took a while to get the computer back listening to me. Anyway, we are using self expression for sure

the face is the eyes you mentioned last week I think it was. The rest seem to me like a struggling butterfly where the color patterns seem like motion blur.

Take care Nicole wishing you a more pleasant weather.
