MY FRIEND LORI AND THE PIT BULL

Hi Everyone!

Today some of us are grieving with Beth for the loss of her dear pet Max. A Pit Bull that brought her 14 years of love, protection, and happiness. My good friend Lori Cook, yes the same Lori Cook that makes all my beautiful glass for me, has a story that will at first shock you, but then once you see and hear the strength and courage that Lori carries you will know an amazing woman. I am honored to have met her, through the internet, about 10 years ago. Please click onto the link to read Lori's incredible story.

Thank you so much for linking, Nicole. I read both stories, and was very moved. I believe the same things, and have owned a controversial dog myself (wolf hybrid), as well as rescued dogs (chows). Her story was amazing, and she is so brave.

I am completely without words. First let me thank you all for the love and support you have shown me during this time. Maxie would have loved it...he so loved being the center of attention. Miss Lori's story is amazing...that she can still have a good word for this breed is just so heart warming to me...her courage and loving spirit is levels beyond most people I know. Thank you Miss Nicole...you too are a loving spirit I am so pleased to call my friend. Thank you seems so empty in light of the love and support I have received since Max's passing. Geez he would have loved this! So in his honor just accept what he always did when he was pleased..a wag of a tail, a kiss on the hand and a look of unconditional love. Big hugs Beth
