Hi Everyone!
To warm up the house yesterday I baked bread. I simply used my pizza dough recipe, so easy.
A nice rise on this and ready for the oven.
Just out of the oven.
Ohhh soooo good. Great crumb on this.
I know most of you are in a heat wave, but for those who are not bake break to warm up your house.

The 3rd photo shows really a nice crumb! It seems you use durum wheat flour.

That one looks good. So long time since I baked at home. Liveing alone and getting older doesn´t help. Been lazy with blogging lately :( Maybe time to start over again.

I love fresh baked bread! This looks awesomely good, too. It's not fun baking when it's hot but I still do it when I need to. I can't believe there's anyplace in the country that can say they are cool. It must be nice. :)

It's too hot to cook here, but your bread looks delicious. My mouth is now salivating for some of that great bread.

We are under a heat advisory for Tuesday and Wednesday. I went out to get supper rather than turn on the stove
