FFO Great News

Welcome To Friday Face OFF (FFO)

This is the place to show off your faces or your face. Post any type of face from any medium. You can create it, or find it in nature, or even that face in the design of the
woodwork in your house.
Human, animal, alien, or monster.
ANY KIND OF FACE!

I hope all of you that celebrate had a very nice Christmas. As you know we don't celebrate, however, we got a phone call on the 24th from my ENT doctor. Thank the gods the thyroid nodule that has been giving me such trouble is still BENIGN!
I don't think there is a better word than that.
Sooooo.... life is good.
I also got 2, 20 plus pound turkeys for $12.00 each at Grocery Outlet.  One I fixed for dinner and one is in the freezer. Left overs will be canned as I did for TG. Food is very expensive here so I am getting the deals as I can.
How are food prices where you live?
I did get some face sketches started but no time to work on them.
3 grandkids, a few spouses and 3 greatgrand kids. They live in Florida. OK. and 2 in CA.

My 4 grandkids

 Now for some AI

That's it for to today, now it's time to show me your face.

The word Hope is truly beautiful, the best choice.
I’m so glad, Nicole, that the nodule is benign—such wonderful news.
Wishing you all the best and happiness with your beautiful family.
I’m not sure why, but the Mystery Link isn’t working for me. Perhaps it’s something with my firewall, but it doesn’t matter. Here, I’ve made the connection with a fairy tale I’ve written about Hope. https://peripetiazois.blogspot.com/2024/12/christmas-waiting-for-miracle.html

I stopped by to wish you a very happy New Year. I think Hope is a great word. It was mine in 2021 when we were still in the throes of the pandemic.

You have a beautiful family. You are so blessed.

It is great to see your family all smiling. Your grands are adorable.
I always say "I won at Bingo! The final call was B-9" (yeah I can be rather punny) Congrats on your Bingo win.

Food has shot up in price everywhere I think, and it’s good to take advantage of bargains where you find them.

Your family faces are beaming with love, Nicole! It must be hard to be a continent away from most of them. The news about your thyroid is wonderful! Benign is a miraculous word. This world really needs hope, another amazing word. My word, especially for this next year, is peace. All the best to you! ❤️
