ANY KIND OF FACE!
It's been a busy week with Mr. M. but things are looking up. His X-Ray came back with perfect results on his ankle. The bones have healed and the doctor was excited about how it all looked. Told Mr. M. he could start wearing a shoe and walking very slowly on the treadmill. Hurrraaayyy... we needed some good news.
The treadmill, however, has 2 chairs and some boxes in front of it until Friday. The thrift store is coming to pick it all up. In the mean time Mr. M. is walking in the house. What a relief.
Here is the last drawing I did when Mr. M. was in hospital. I have sketched a few faces since I have been home. I am hoping to get them drawn up. Time and just being worn out leaves me not able to draw.
Another good thing, for the last few days, workers have been here putting in a new fence. It looks so sharp.
Here are a few AI I may have shown these before.
Now it's time for a few features.
Be sure to link up with Gillena
That's if to today, now it's time to show me your face.
Nicole

Nice portrait. Happy about Mr M's ankle.
ReplyDeleteI hope that all your hard times are really turning around, and you will start to enjoy a more normal life!
ReplyDeleteThat is a huge fence. I hope it doesn’t mean you have something really dangerous to keep out of your yard.

Dark, COLD and rainy here, too. Will you do something with that fence? It looks so "naked"...

ReplyDeleteThe fence looks very nice.
ReplyDeleteI am with you about being tired and unable to draw. If I am tired, drawing or any type of creating is hindered.
Yay for good news. So happy for you both. Enjoy your day.

Have a nice weekend, Nicole!
Hi, Nicole! I'm thrilled to see that Mr. M. is making good progress. It's wonderful that his ankle has healed so well. Housewalking ~ That's something people did a lot when I lived in Newfoundland a long time ago. One of our neighbors recovered from a heart attack by walking around in his main level during a rugged winter in our outport on White Bay. Housewalking may be boring, but it can be very effective. Your new fence looks great! I enjoyed all your faces. May each day get easier!
ReplyDeleteGood to hear, that Mr. M is getting better. Nice drawing again. I wish you a good time and all the best
