Monday Post

 Hi Everyone!
I hope all of you had a wonderful weekend and if you live in the US you are ready for a good thanksgiving. Mr. M. and I have much to be thankful for, but it's an everyday thing not just once a year. :) Mr. M. is healing well and walking better each day. He still gets very tired and that has to do with, now, only having one kidney and still being anemic. Which is probably his new normal.
I walked into my art room today for the first time in many months. It felt lonely and a bit cold. It's time to get in clean it up a bit and start creating again.
The door to my art room
Welcome

I don't know if I showed you my big skeleton. I got her last year on sale from $100.00 50% off and then I had a coupon so I got it for $20.00. She is 5' tall. I just love her.

I have bags of skulls that need to be worked on. This is just one of the hanging. I love making monsters.

You can see gorgi sitting above the hanging sculls in the photo above. Here is a close up. I love that the wings, arms, legs and mouth all move.

The baskets and bags have sculls and skeletons in them. Plus the larger sculls. Oh a couple of dragons sitting up there too.

These sculls are actually quite large.

Here are the dragons.

This is a sign I got for all the apothecary bottles I made. For display at shows. 2 spirit dolls on each side.

I get these signs at the $ store. They are well maked and the graphics are great.

These are the 2 that I kept for myself.

 They watch over my room

What's an art room without a foot hanging around. LOL

I had this framed and hanging by my front door. I noticed it's getting wrinkled so I have to iron it and then re frame it. I will hang it some where else in the house. I don't remember when I drew this.

I guess that is it for now. I better get dinner going and then watch a scary movie with
Mr. M.

Your art room would scare the bejesus out of anyone who goes in it without knowing you're an artist, lol!

Very promising news on Mr. M. Yes, much to be thankful for there! I loved seeing your art room! It's so you -- and you look so organized, a quality I lack!

So glad Mr. M is getting better and better!
I know of no one else who would have an art room like yours, but I would guess right away this was yours. LOL! I hope you get some time to play soon! Lots of it! :)

Glad to read your husband is doing better
I can relate- I went a year without going into my craft room-I just wasn't up to it-but I did get in there to make thanksgiving cards this month to mail out-mine needs a really good cleaning too. It felt really good to create something
Happy Thanksgiving Kathy
