T Stands for too much on my plate

 Hi Everyone!

Not much going on here. Taking care of Mr. M. My daughter's battle is on going. So please keep both in your prayers.

One thing I did do was bake some of the best cookies I have ever made. Lightly crispy on the edges and chewy in the middle.

Here is the recipe
The only thing I did differently is cut the amount of dough to be baked. They call for a 3" scoop. That is just too much for me.

Here is something to get me into the party over at Bleubeard and Elizabeth.

I hope everyone is well and happy.

Nicole

Baking cookies is fun. I try not to do it, as I have to eat them all myself! Hope Mr M is soon feeling better. Hugs, Valerie
