Friday Face OFF and Foot

Welcome to Friday Face OFF (FFO)

This is the place to show off your faces or your face. Post any type of face from any medium. You can create it, or find it in nature, or even that face in the design of woodwork in your house. Any kind of face.

Foot update.
A little improvement. I can limp walk. I have no feeling in my toes or the top of my foot. The blisters on the side of my foot are dry but it's like 3 moons on the side of my ankle. Yeah, I have leapord print PJs on. LOL
The blood blisters that were at the place where you foot flexes turned into an open wound. Dr. gave me some Iodosorb to help dry it up. This is very strange cream. I have also ordered some Calendula cream to help the healing. My foot is still so swollen when I walk that it just makes life crappie. I won't even go into the pain. It is very difficult to sit in front of my PC, with my foot down. So please forgive me for the short comments on your blogs.
It feels as bad as it looks.

So now you see why it is difficult to concentrate on art.
My faces today are all AI.
This is really how I feel LOL

I will also be linking to Gillena
That's it for me, now it's time to show me your face.

As they say, slow but sure wins the race and I'm glad it's a little better, even if only a little. Just keep on it (or off it, as the case may be.) You've got this.

There are a couple of faces in this post so glad to join in!

Thanks for the shout-out, Nicole! I sure hope your foot starts healing more quickly so that the pain will stop. I feel bad for you -- you've already been through so much this year.

I go with Jeanie. Way back then they messed up my arm. OK you cannot compare an arm with a foot but it was frustrating and very hurtful.
I had to so everything with my left - great excuse for missing up left and right ever since ;-)
BUT - it came out good and I hope your foot will, too and hopefully a bit sooner, too.
AI sure is a very interesting subject in many ways!
Have a Friday as happy as can get!

Dear Nicole,
Your vampire ladies are very attractive - when you feel SOO, all I can say is WOW ;-) No - just a little joke on the side! I can well imagine how painful and depressing this all is. But at least it looks a little better compared to the first photos - and you can limp walk! I think the improvements will come gradually now - so don't lose heart and stay confident!
(And please don't worry about the length of your comments, that's beside the point!)
All the best and hugs, Traude

I am hoping that your foot is healing. Hang in there. Some days it is difficult to do art. But it always returns.
I hope that your weekend is good and less painful. Peace be with you.

That does look awfully painful!! But somewhat better than the last photo you showed us. Constant pain wears on you. Hang in there. I hope you keep seeing improvement--even if it seems insignificant and small, it does add up. If you are like me, my own impatience could get me down. Sending healing energy and tons of good positive thoughts to a fellow pain warrior. :)

You will heal ~ calendula sounds better than the prescribed cream possibly ~ tend to like 'natural' ~

Lots of distant reiki healing hugs to you ~ 'one step at a time.' ~ Xo

You poor thing! I'm so sorry to read about your foot. I backtracked a bit to learn that your surgery went wonky and that's why you're not doing so great. Naturally that leaves me wondering why you had to have surgery to begin with because I have been such a heel at keeping up with friends in Blogosphere. You can count on me to keep you in prayer, darlin'! Don't worry about responding or visits or anything. I hope to do better in the coming year to get back on track somewhat. I hope you have a blessed Thanksgiving how ever you choose to celebrate. It's all about giving gratitude and thanks for all that we've been given. You don't need a fancy meal to show your appreciation for your blessings. Sending love and hugs your way, Nicole!

You give me courage, my dear friend. I've been dealing with quite a bit of bleeding and acute pain for a couple of weeks, and it has done weir things to my mood--I think I'm just exhausted. Seeing your pain on the screen, reading what you've been doing about it, gives me a little boost, it reminds me that I am not the only one fighting back and living as we are. Having company is a great thing, thank you for that.

And I hope the meds do their work, and that you can walk comfortably very soon.

I hope it will be better soon. Does not look good. The faces are a bit horrifying but look good.
