I hope all of you had a good weekend. The rains are persistent. I will say I have enough rain water saved to feed my garden all year. I am thankful for that. The governor of Oregon has declared a drought emergency in 15 out of 36 counties. Yes, that includes the county I live in. One good rain cycle doesn't fix the problem. So I am very thankful for all of the rain we are getting. Even if I do complain. LOL
With the rain Mr. M and I had a Movie watching marathon with the Cloverfield trilogy. You actually watch the 3rd one first. Cloverfield Parodox, then 10 Cloverfield Lane and then the first one film Cloverfield.
I don't care for Cloverfield, actually I don't care for the actors in it. I like the story. We own these movies and it seems the only way to stream them is to get a free trial on almost any streaming company or pay for it. Sorry.
I'm glad you have enough rainwater saved for the garden and really hope that the rains level out so you get out of the drought but not all in one week! It does get old, doesn't it? Even though it's essential. Have a wonderful week. (I've not seen this, either!)
We've finally had a little rain again. It's been dry here for so long. I've never heard of those films, although I'm not sure they're my cup of tea Nicole. It sounds like a good way to spend a rainy day though.
I've been collecting rain water, then found it is a breeding ground for mosquitos. Talk about getting stung. I look like a big pimple all over. Even covered, the mosquito larvae manage to breed.
I've never heard of those films, so can't really comment on them. Sure enjoyed reading that you got rain, though. You are sure welcome to some of mine (grin)!

...we have a touch or rain overnight that baring settled the dust. The first in two weeks.
I'm a John Goodman fan too but I've never seen these movies.
Haven't heard of these movies thanks for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed your movies, and good that it rained! Have a great week, Valerie
Kudos to you for capturing the water and saving it for future use.....if only everyone would do this.
Non conosco questi film,buon lunedì.

I've seen a couple of the Cloverfield films but am not a fan of "found footage" movie-making. We've had some rain but not much.
Thanks for sharing the movie suggestions ~ Weather is crazy everywhere plus the eclipse ~ my homeostatic state is way off ~ LOL
Wishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,

Glad you saved all that rainwater!
These aren't the type of movies on my radar but, still, I had never heard of them.

Good news about the rain cycle in Oregon! We have the same problem here, as it didn't rain as it should. That's climate change, unfortunately.
Have a nice week!
I actually like Cloverfield, great monster design
I hope the movies are as good at the trailers. Just those got my adrenaline pumping.
