Greetings!
Most of you know by know that I am horror movie queen. LOL Give me a scary, creepy. vampire, zombie, ghost, haunted house, fight the evil movie and I am in. In 1968, "The night of the living dead" appeared at the drive ins. Some of you remember drive ins. It was the best! Done in black and white with eerie screen shots that made this B movie so creepy. Director/Writer George A Ramero was 28 years old when he directed the movie. It was somewhat of a hit, at 30 million with US and International box office. It was so popular a game was made for those who just couldn't get enough.

The 1990 film is in color and has Tony Todd and Patricia Tallman as the stars with director Tom Savini
You can watch this on AMC
You can read about it From Wikipedia
Interesting side note.
The 1990 version is banned because of the usual blood and gore Deeming it an unhealthy influence on German youth.
