T stands for a little bit of everything

Greetings!
Today it T Tuesday over at Elizabeth's blog. When you are finished here be sure to stop by there to see what all of the T-gang  has been doing.
Last week Mr. M. and I had to drive to Salem again. Mr. M. had a back procedure. While I sat in the car I drew this. She still needs some detail work but I like her face.
I have also been canning. There is a satisfaction of growing and the preserving food.

Salsa and home made veggie broth from the garden.

 Spaghetti Sauce

 Yes, I canned ground beef.

 10lbs of russet potatoes.

This is chili relleno casserole made with chilies from the garden.

Can't go wrong with this dinner.

Last night was pizza night. Right out of the oven. This is home made not frozen. LOL

To join in with the T- party I pulled some blueberry muffins from the freezer and had a cup of hot water. No I didn't eat the whole plate. LOL

There is such kindness showing in the face of your lovely drawing Nicole.
And oh my- you have done such a super job with all that canning!! I have tried a few times, but it just isn't my thing. Wish you were my neighbor:):)

What a lovely drawing Nicole.
All that food looks so yummy. Your home made pizza is making me hungry. And your chili relleno makes my mouth water. Hubby can't have anything spicy so i really miss this sort of thing.
I am super impressed with all that canning.I ought to do that more, as we often get gluts of things. What about the minced meat? Do you cook it first? Then can it and use it as a base for other dishes? Is that how it works?
Oh those muffins!
Happy T-Day,
Hugs,
Lisca

Thanks for your comment. You have asked for the recipe of the fish pie. I made it according to the recipe by Mr Paul. Search for 'Mr Paul's Pantry - fish pie'. Website or YouTube video. I find the videos very clear and instructive.
I hope this helps.

The drawing is lovely, Nicole. Oh and all the canning! I somehow never got the hang of that, the only thing I do in the food preserving department is making raspberry jam. Your food looks delicious, I'm hungry!

What an amazing amount of canned foods you created. You will certainly not go hungry this winter. I've never heard of canning potatoes before, but they look good, anyway. I really like the looks of that beautiful pizza. You can't go wrong with pizza, especially when it's homemade. And of course, those muffins are the perfect ending to a charming post. Thanks for sharing your canning, your pizza, your muffins, and your hot water with us for T this Tuesday, dear Nicole. I like that drawing, too, dear.
