Movie Monday and other things

Hi Everyone!
I took a few days off to get my head out of a depressed state. Some people think I retired. I didn't! Due to covid I was FORCED to close my business of 3 decades. Almost all my product was sold and so Friday my website was deactivated. It is a daunting realization that your income is gone, especially, due to circumstances not your own.
Please do not feel sorry for me or tell me it will all work out. It will or it won't those are the choices. LOL
So while I was feeling upset I found this movie on Netflix.
It's called
The Secret Dare to Dream.
I didn't seek this out I simply saw that it stared
Katie Holmes, Josh Lucas and Celia Weston. 3 actors I like very much. So in my PJs, a cup of hot water and a blanket I watched this movie. It's funny and sad and hopeful. Ya know just the kind of movie I needed.
I know this movie will satisfy my NON SCARY movie watchers. LOL

The movie is predictable but if you want just a nice movie this is it.
I have lots of commenting to catch up on and that's the plan for today. Wishing everyone a very happy day.

Sorry you are feeling down about it being time to close your business, it is understandable but knowing when it is the right time to do something makes good sense. Thanks for sharing the movie.

I have Netflix but a search doesn’t bring up your movie. I must be doing something wrong, help!

It's sad when forces beyond our control are creating your depression. I hope the movie (I had never heard of) put you in a great frame of mind. Here's to better times, dear Nicole.

I have heard about the three actors you mentioned.

Sometimes "scary" just doesn't suit. I'm glad you found a film that fitted where you were :)

I'm so sorry you had to close your business due to Covid. This horrible pandemic has effected the livelihood of so many. I long for pre-Covid days but I doubt that will happen for a very long time. Wishing you all the very best, Nicole.

By the way, I have that movie in my Netflix list to watch...might watch it soon.

(((Big hugs)))
