T Stands for Wind and Mustard.
Try to get all the shafts out of the seeds. |
I didn't have enough seeds so I added some yellow seeds I had for canning and some dry powder mustard. |
Add equal parts Apple Cider Vinegar and water. |
Cover and let set for 3 days. The seeds will puff up and even start to ferment. The smell is, whew pungent. |
I had to open a window and turn on a fan. |
Rinse off the seeds. |
Place in a blender with a bit of the liquid. I used a Tablespoon at a time. |
I did have to transfer the mixture to a smaller blender. |
|
I finally got the consistency I wanted. The flavor is amazing, fresh and very delicious. |
After something like mustard we need something sweet. I had 2 bananas that were getting over ripe so Mr. M. got a streusel banana bread. |
This AM I treated myself to a cup of coffee. |
