Movie Monday

Happy Monday Everyone!

Here it is the start of another week. I have lost track of all time with closing my business, taking care of some art projects, and just keeping up with life.

Before I get into the movie. I want to encourage anyone who does not wear a mask or keep a social distance, to please do. My very good friend in Michigan, who is vaccinated but stopped wearing a mask is in ICU right now with the Delta Covid variant. Please protect yourself.

This week I watched the movie with Vince Vaughn and Kathryn Newton, "Freaky" It is comedy horror movie. I watched it because I really like Vince Vaughn. It was OK. I still like the first one, "Freaky Friday" with
Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsey Lohan.
 I watched this on HBO.

Wishing all of you a very nice Monday.

...encouraging people is a noble gesture, but people just don't get it!

Hi Nicole! Oh gosh I'm sorry for your friend in ICU...that is scary. I will never stop wearing a mask. Actually my first jab is tomorrow, can't wait for the second one already. I like Vince Vaughn too, he's great!

Hey Nicole 馃憢馃徎

Yeah, I've watched Freaky back in the day when it came out & yeah, I enjoyed it too 馃槈 See, I don't think it's connected to Freaky Friday in any way, at least not officially but sure, it's a similar storyline 馃檪

Anyways IMO, Freaky has that old-fashioned style but it's still quite current 馃憤馃徎 Sure it's not one of the best movies but, it's watchable 馃し‍♂️

Nicole,

Oh goodness, I'm sorry to hear about your friend. That's horrible. I sorta felt all along that this booger wouldn't go away that it would morph into something new and far worse and that the vaccine, while it may work for some, would be like taking your chances with the flu shot each year. I will keep your friend in prayer.

Thanks for sharing your movie review today. It looks like it could be a fun film. Freaky Friday was really good. Jamie Lee Curtis is a great actress. Have you seen True Lies? That's so hilarious!

It´s... it kinda even was expected this happens to your friend (I am so sorry!) - that darn virus mutates so fast.
The movie sounds fun! And I love the actor, she´s so cool.

I hope you friend will be better soon!
The virus is still there. That's why we have to continue to observe social distancing rules.
Have a nice week, Nicole

I’m in agreement with those who say encouraging people is a noble thing to do. Sadly though, the political climate will always keep everyone from getting it. It’s scary to envision the outcome. Don’t give up though, it can’t hurt. Best wishes for your friend’s recovery.

Restrictions here are being lifted, but we still wear our mask in any public situation. Caution is better than COVID.

I never got around to seeing Freaky Friday. Comedy horror is an underappreciated sub-genre, and I'll check this one out.
