Greetings!
It's Paint Party Friday but before I show the art, I have to tell you that over the last few months I have been catching up on medical tests. Ya know, like most of us, due to covid. Today I had my dexa scan for osteoporosis. I was diagnosed several years back. After extensive research I choose NOT to take osteo-meds. I do take a vitamin regime and bone building exercises. I am so happy to report that my determination has paid off. YAY!!!!
Now for the art.
It is sooooo windy today that the sand from the dunes has filled the air. So it was a good day to play with paint.
Just for fun nothing serious.

ReplyDeleteSo glad to learn about your heath. I am not a med taker, either. I love the painting. That bead medium is awesome. I bought a jar and it doesn't look anything like what you created. Guess it's the artist, not the product (grin)!

ReplyDeleteI have taken the meds in the past but not in some years. I'm a huge fan of diet (are you eating your 5 prunes a day?) and exercise (including yoga and weights). There's a FB group if you're interested, though I left it (cutting way back on FB groups).
