Monday Movie

Greetings!

Sunday and it is a beautiful day. I mean like summer beautiful. The weather is just crazy these days.
We are getting a new roof on our house and the roofers may be here next month. So part of my day was cleaning off my garden things to the back side of the house. I need to have my deck cleared off. With my back acting up I am doing just a few things a day. I do tend to over do it.
In my brain I am still 30. LOL

So, I was looking for a good movie and came across one of my old time faves. It's call "Backtrack" with a full cast of stars. Directed by Dennis Hopper and starring Jodi Foster, Hopper, Fred Ward and, Vincent Price with cameo appearances  by several notable actors, including Charlie Sheen, Joe Pesci, Catherin Keener and John Turturro to name just a few.  The film was disowned by Hopper before release and he is therefore credited under the pseudonym Alan Smithee. By the way that name is always used when the director of movie bugs out. It was filmed in 1989 and a directors cut in 1990. As far as I am concerned you can't go wrong with Jodie Foster. Dennis Hopper plays his part with excellence.  Yeahhhh I like this movie.
You can watch it on Amazon Prime for free. Here is a trailer.

I know what you mean. Did a break of training of two weeks when Hubby was home and weee... I start at zero! Obviously our minds are still 30, just the bodies are not... how unfair!
Jodie Foster always is a guarantee - I´ll keep an eye on this... oh. "Corinna"... online, hence.

I am looking for a good movie today and I do have Amazon Prime. Backtrack has a great cast. I had a sad week after I watched 3 hours of Dr. Zivago this week. It was remembered from the 60's as a love story but watching it now, I see it was a political movie and very timely and scary.

Ah, but you have to have Amazon Prime if you want to watch it, right? I've never heard of it, but I DO like the main actors.
