Paint Party Friday July10 2020

Hi Everyone!

Again I want to thank all of you for the kindness concerning my eye surgery. Recovery is different. I think because of the eye drops my vision changes a lot. I am hoping that will fix itself. This morning I sat down to paint. The original idea did not come to fruition. I started over and this came out of me. COMPLETELY different than the first idea. I found this to be a place of peace for me. In my mind a place I spent time at in AZ. So this is what I have to join in for Paint Party Friday.
I have some catching up to do in blogland and as my eyes allow I will get to all of you.
Hope all is well with everyone.

Acrylic with pallet knife on 12x10" board.

This is beautiful AND does remind one of the southwest. I can relate to playing catch-up. Hope your eye improves, now, dear.

What do you call this piece? It reminds me of a cityscape on a quiet day - I quite like the paint textures.

Have a lovely day.

It´s frightening. My eyes gave up. 40% and I still drove a car, not realizing this! Then 30% ... but then, yay!!! Back to my slack ole normal (glasses still needed).
Best wishes, may take a while but..., bet your eyes will fight back to normal, too.

Very cool acrylic Nicole! I love it, it both reminds me of a mountainous terrain, but also floating docks along a river. Nice! And I'm happy your surgery went well, I hope your recovery is speedy! PS: Can you send me the link on winter sowing? It didn't show up in the email!! :)
