Today I wanted to share with you some beading from a customer of mine.
She is a dear and wonderful lady with talent in beading and in growing plumeria.
I had to share the beauty with you.
Meet the beautiful Rebecca
Rebecca L Cammack, originally from Malaysia, move to the USA to
pursue her artistic dreams. After graduating from Lambuth University
with a degree in art and interior design, Rebecca worked for The Houston
Chronicle art department. Rebecca next applied
her graphic design skills in the magazine industry, working for 20
years
as art director of a Houston base newcomer magazine.
For the last six years, Rebecca’s passionate hobby has been
designing and hand crafting bead jewelry. She also enjoys growing
plumeria plants, and has accumulated more than 160 different varieties
of plumeria plants, which adorn her back yard. Rebecca’s
latest niche in jewelry making is hand crafted embroidery.

As you can see Rebecca's green thumb for growing plumaria is very impressive. I can imagine what her back yard looks like and the fragrance must be wonderfully intoxicating.

Incredible! I’ve done bead embroidery but never to make jewelry. It is tedious and requires a lot of work intensive hand involvement. It’s so worth it if one can do it. Her plumaria flowers are beyond beautiful! Thanks for sharing Renecca’s talents!
Wow! Your friend is so talented, Nicole. I love those flowers - but doubt they'd grow over here...it's FREEZING today and I'm about to put the heating on :-(

Thank you. You definitely can grow them in cooler places. Just have to bring them in if the weather get 40 degrees. I store them in my garage at winter time.

Hello Nicole! It took me a little while to visit but so glad I did. What a talented lady Rebecca is and, oh, the Plumeria are incredibly beautiful... so uplifting to see all the colours xx
