Hi Everyone!
Update on my eye. I will just say it is not good. That black spot that appeared after surgery has grown into a blob of stationary floaters. I have an apt on Monday, I sure hope he has some information for me. Last apt he said he didn't know what it was. REALLY? Ok enough of that.
Trying not to focus on my eye I have been creating art all week. Part for AEDM and Rain's Garden. Both so much fun. Of course art for Paint Party Friday too. LOL
So for PPF I drew this little guy.  I have not drawn in quite awhile so this is not my best.
I didn't like the paper.
These are some of the pieces I created all week in case you have not see the posts.
The next 3 are part of my shock art series.

Wonderful face! You have had a busy week. Happy PPF!, Valerie
ReplyDeleteI am trying to get back into the swing of things.
DeleteGreat art!! Sorry about the eye. If that doc doesn't know what the black globs are, I say find a real doc. This guy does not deserve your $$ or your trust.

Carol this is the second eye doctor I have been to. I am so upset and disappointed.
DeleteI've been behind all week, but I hope to catch up soon. At least I've seen all these beauties you created for us at AEDM. Your little boy is great. I can't draw, so I admire what you have created.
ReplyDeleteSO SORRY to read about your eye. I hope you and your doctor find a solution to the terrifying problem you have.
You will catch up. Thanks about the drawing. My Nan, who was quite a famous artist and teacher, said if you can write your name you can draw. It took me a long time to learn how and I have a ways to go.
DeleteHi Nicole :) Your pastel is AMAZING. I love how dark and haunting it is! And your drawing is fantastic! I can't draw! I can draw cartoons but that's about it! I need to find the patience to practice a little more! "My Choice" - very shocking, well done. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry about your eye. I hope you get some solid information soon. The medical system here sucks and I have also heard "I don't know what's wrong with you" and "you'll have to live with it". I don't have much respect for most in that field. I wish you the best and hope it's nothing permanent.
Your art is amazing and wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI am very sorry to hear about your eye. I do hope that the doctor can help you~
Happy PPF
