IT'S A LUPUS DAY OMG

Hi Everyone!

Typing one handed today. lupus has shown up in the form of right arm, shoulder pain from hell.
I knew I was flaring for the last few weeks with a lupus rash but I wasn't expecting this OMG pain!

I am in pain every day but I can handle it. Most days it is tolerable. But then, the lupus monster sneaks up,

and before you realize it, it is OMG pain.

This time in my right shoulder and arm.
I have done all my normal things and if it doesn't subside I will be getting an injection.
Ouchie...

So I am down for the count. I will be back as soon as I can
Hey don't feel sorry for me. It is a day of GoT in bed while I nap. :)

lupus an auto immune disease that effects 5 million world wide and 1.5 million in the US.

  1. Sorry about the pain Nicole. I hate those shots that go to the bone. I get them from time to time for my knees. Hope your pain subsides.

  2. Nicole, so hope you get better very soon. I don't know much about Lupus but it does sound so dreadfully painful, for someone as creative as you it must be dreadful, rest up and hope things are back to normal soon, thanks for your lovely comments on my last post BTW :) x

  3. Hope you can relax a bit watching GoT and the pain goes away fast. Got to think of you as I pulled out NBB yesterday for working on my Bead Soup pieces. Pink and yellow this time.

  5. By reading your posts Nicole, you have made me much more aware of Lupus than I was. I've experience little pain in my life and if it weren't for the knee replacement pain, I wouldn't be able to appreciate yours. I hope a cure presents itself soon. In the meantime, your are a brave, brave woman!

I am sorry I had to put a word verification for my comments due to the unsightly spam comments against women. Please take the time to leave me a comment. I love hearing from you.
