PAINT PARTY FRIDAY AWAY FROM MY STUDIO

Hi Everyone!
Paint Party Friday
Thanks to Eva and Kristin

I wasn't going to show, yet, more abstract pieces, however, I was called away from home to care for my mom.  I have a leather piece that I wasn't able to finish. So I wrote this post on Monday Feb. 3rd.
No sad talk here just happy art.
These two pieces are done on small canvases. I can not tell you how much I am enjoying the abstract feel of art. It is so different than anything else I have done and learning to let go of strict art teachings is at times difficult. However, when "it" happens there is so much fun, freedom, a release of excited energy and a way to fly. OK... so maybe I am getting carried away, but it is GREAT!!!
Hope you enjoy these pieces.

 I should be home Saturday

I love to look at your abstract works - they look so well done. I especially like the second one - I was instantly drawn to those three pink circles on the right side. The color scheme is beautiful.

These abstracts look great, I love the harmony of colour and shapes and how intriguing they are because as a viewer the more you look the more little treasures seem to appear... I really have not tried abstract and it looks liberating, I am inspired by these! Hope your mother is getting better, and regains her health soon x
