Hi Everyone!
You know the song by Michael Buble, I"m Feeling Good"? Well... it is one of my all time faves and that is just how I feel today.

And I'm feeling good
Last night I slept pain free for the first time in over a year. When that happens I kind of freak out wondering what is wrong that my body isn't hurting. However, today I also got up with a burst of energy. Those of you who are have chronic pain knows how energy depleting it is. Soooo with a blues song in my head, and energy abound (for me) I am going to finish up bead projects that have been sitting on my work table.

Nicole, I'm so happy you were able to have a pain free night. Growing up with a mom that has had horrible rheumatoid arthritis my entire life, I completely understand. Not only does it affect your sleep, the energy the next day is zilch... which works in a very negative circle.

Really cool smudge sticks, I don't know much about them, but I know some American Indians use them for ceremonies. So glad you are feeling good, sending you continued wellness energy through prayer.
