Hi Everyone!
I am home. It is a bitter sweet home coming. I feel like I need to be with my brother, however, I also have obligations at home. So for Vince, he is not well. It just seems to be an impossible situation. The last 30 days Vince has been in hospital 27. Finally, after loosing his donor kidney and a host of other problems the transplant team of doctors that care ( ha ha I use the word "care" loosely) decided that the infection is the BK virus that attacked and killed off Vince's kidney. He is so sick. Back on dialysis three times a week. My worried over the whole situation has me so that I can not go into the real detail of the failing medical we have here in the US. Not to mention the state of CA. being broke that there is no help for Vince or others that truly need it. I will be back to see Vince in June unless he needs me before that. I can not thank all of you enough for your healing energy, prayers, and good thoughts and wishes. Please continue to keep Vince in your hearts.
xoxo

welcome home.
I'm sorry to hear about your brother's problems. I didn't realize there was such a problem with getting a kidney ... don't we all have two of them, so donating one isn't so much an issue?
I know that you've got a lot on your mind - but, THANK YOU for the gorgeous beaded gourd. It looks so beautiful in my studio where the beads catch the sunlight in the morning. I will really treasure it. I blogged about it just today. It is really appreciated!
Again, sorry to hear that your brother isn't doing as well as you had hoped. I'll keep him and your family in my thoughts.
Nicole, I know how rough things can be. I have obligations at home too. I will be back at my mom's soon enough. I wish you well nicole in trying to stay in a state of well being but sometimes it's hard. Perhaps your beading may help a little. Prayers for your brother Vince. Take care and be well.
Glad to hear you are home safe & sound, Nicole. Glad, too, that Vince is hanging in there. I keep you both in my prayers. For now, rest and take care of yourself.
Happy Mother's Day!
Nicole so sorry to hear that things with Vince are not improving. I am not sure what to say other than I thinking of you, your dear brother and your family.
Sending you smiles, sunshine and lots of positivity.
Karyn
Welcome back, sorry it is a bittersweet return. I know your heart remains with your brother. I will keep him in my prayers and hope for an improvement for him. You take care of yourself.
Oh Nicole, I can't imagine what you are going through...and yes, our health care system is messed up here in the US. There is no reason why everyone shouldn't get the best medical care available to matter your insurance plan or financial situation. It's shameful.
My heart is with you and Vince - hopefully better news will be received soon. Until then, just love one another.
Hugs and Blessings - Julie
Welcome home, Nicole! I can imagine that it is a bitter sweet homecoming...it must have been so hard to have to leave Vince while he is still unwell. He is always in my thoughts and prayers. Make sure you take some time out to rest after your big trip. Hugs, B. -xo-
Nicole, it is nice to have you back, but i am very sorry to hear that things are still bad for Vince. He remains in my prayers :0
Hugs,
Susan

Oh Nicole, I'm thankful you are back home safe, but ache for you and wish I could make it all better. Will be keeping you in my thoughts. Big Big Hug
I am sad to hear about your brother. It is such a heartache when a family member is so sick, and not living near you makes it that much more harder I have a sister that has lived with one kidney her whole life so I am hoping he can pull through and get past the infection. My best to you and your family. Sincerely,Jonny
So glad you are home safe. I was getting worried about you...so sorry to hear about Vince. My heart and prayers go out to you all. Sending you big hugs Beth
