Friday Face OFF 6/19/26 FFO

Welcome To Friday Face OFF (FFO)
This is the place to show off your face art.
You know, ANY type of face, nature, the face of a flower, photography, drawings, paintings, AI. There just needs to be a face in your blog post, a link back to my blog and please use the image below.
Thank you.

I've felt pretty good this week. Busy, and it seems like a lot going on but everything feels balanced. I even was able to draw.
She starts like this
Then I got so absorbed in what I was doing I didn't take another photo until this.

I got to this point where the tweaking begins. The first one is not manipulated .

This one is changed to black and white.

I finally finished with this. I know you may not see the subtle changes from the photo above but I know they are there. LOL

A few AI

Now for features

 That's it for now
Be sure to join in for
Sunday in the Art Room

I'm joining Gillena

Now it's time to show me your face.
Nicole

I love the detail around the eyes and the eyebrows. This is a STUNNING drawing, Nicole.

I was reading your PC woes below. I would have visited sooner, but my computer has been off for two days because of lightening. I ordered a computer to be made to my specifications. NO Windows, no Microsoft. My computer runs on Linux only. No updates without my approval. I've heard others have had the same problems you describe and I feel for you. Further, I only have Firefox for my web browser. Lean and clean.

Thanks for featuring me. I have a question. Do you think that your portraits are “different” if you are acquainted with the model?

That face is gorgeous Nicole. And I can tell the subtle changes too. Funny how sometimes just a little light tweak can make a big difference. Hope you have a super start to the weekend and Friday too, of course. hugs-Erika

So glad to hear that you've felt well, even though it's been busy. You did an excellent job capturing the eyes. The wrinkles are blended beautifully, so they look natural. I love Gene's and Iris' portraits that you featured today. Happy FFO!

"Everything feels balanced" ~ Wonderful, Nicole! You've been through so much, and arriving at this is much needed. May that feeling persist. I love your portrait. She looks like a fighter at peace ~ maybe feeling some balance after a struggle. You're right, I couldn't spot the subtle changes. 😂. Enjoy your weekend with Mr M.

Nicole, the portrait is stunning! I love everything about it - the eyes, the wrinkles - everything looks so natural. I have no idea how you get her eyes so sparkling and alive. It is simply gorgeous.
And so are your AI images.
I'm glad you had a good week, while still busy it was balanced. I love times like that. It just feels good. I wish for you that it will keep like this.

That portrait is excellent. Specifically the eyes/eyebrows really draw you in.
