Tuesday Mundane Stuff

 Hi Everyone!

No! I didn't watch the Super Bowl, however I do love the Budweiser adds and this one has to be about the best. Wanna good start to your day watch this.

After searching high and low I finally found a coffee mug that holds its heat and I found it here in town on sale.
In fact, I found 2.

Not my favorite color at all but hey, my coffee stays hot.

I bought 2 of these.  Because, why not?
This has some sort of silky finish on it and it hold the heat very well.
That problem solved.
Today was a trip to Eugene to see Mr. M's Kidney doctor. He is very happy with the continual success with the kidney and has cut back some of his meds. We will see how it all goes.
We also did our monthly grocery shopping at Winco. It wasn't too busy and I got everything on my list.
Doctor and groceries makes for a long day. Even with light traffic coming home it still took us an 1 1/2 hours. Oh, and I'm not a slow driver. I have what you would call a lead foot on the gas peddle. LOL
This would be me passing all the slow pokes on the road.
That's it for now.
Have a great day.
Nicole

I am glad that you found a satisfactory coffee cup. This was the first time I had seen that commercial. It was really well done.

I have nice coffee cups, but Sue makes a large cup, and hers are rather plain, so I have ordered a prettier and bigger one for Valentines.

Yes, I would love a coffee mug that held it's heat, but I had to settle for one that would travel with me in the car. It holds the heat pretty well, but the best part is I can't spill the coffee ... easily. That is to say that with some small effort, I could probably spill the coffee, but I hope I won't. As for lead feet, I got cured of that when I finally got a ticket ... not cheap, Ha! The Budweiser add is for sure a tear jerker. I love eagles (When I lived on the lake, I had eagles sitting in my tree :) and horses, so it couldn't go wrong. Good job with Mr. M's kidneys. It can't be easy, but it is, for sure important. Have a great Week, Nicole and I will see you on Friday :)

Boa noite minha querida amiga Nicole.

Pleased to read that your husbands kidney issues are showing 'continual success'.
Good that you have mugs that do keep your coffee hot.

Have a good rest of the week.

All the best Jan

Wish we had Winco closer.

Good news for your husband then. Mugs must keep tea and coffee hot, it's important to me too.
When I was first married, I had to do grocery shopping for a month too. Easy if you had a list like you. Take care.

That is so exciting about your husband's kidney progress. You've done so many of the right things -- I'm really happy about that. (I didn't watch the Super Bowl either but have seen some of the ads!)
