Well, I have completely over done it in the last few weeks in the garden and now I'm paying for it. So, let's get right to this.

Nicole, I'm so sorry that Lupus is so bad for you now. Having zero energy sounds terrible to me. I really hope and wish for you that soon you will regain your energy and feel much better.

It affects you more than most, of course, but I think we all reach a point where we still love the garden, but pay a severe price for gardening! We are not quite there yet, but the horizon get closer!

I have discovered that at my age, I don't know when I should or shouldn't do outdoor work. Sometimes it is fine, other times, it "bites" me.

I had hashimoto's thyroid disease, another auto immune disease, and I remember how tired I was before I was diagnosed. I can imagine how you feel now, but I am sorry to read that. I hope the energy comes back soon. And nice faces this week too. I especially like the tree faces. hugs-Erika
