FFO It's a new year

Welcome To Friday Face OFF (FFO)

This is the place to show off your faces or your face. Post any type of face from any medium. You can create it, or find it in nature, or even that face in the design of the
woodwork in your house.
Human, animal, alien, or monster.
ANY KIND OF FACE!

Well, here it is 2025. When I was a kid this year seems so far off. I thought it would be more futuristic back then.  I thought the world would be more at peace and that humans were better.
Boy was I wrong on all of it.

I may have shown some of these AI faces before but it just seemed right to show them again for this post. I watched a movie last night called
Don't Look Deeper. Mr. M and I have seen it before but it is such a good movie and I really like Helen Howard and the other actors. It's about making an AI so human no one knew the difference, including her. The story is excellent. I watched it on Amazon Prime.

OK, it's time to see some real art from the fabulous people who join in FFO.

Don't forget to link up with Gillena.
Stop by this Saturday to see part 2 of freezing eggs. Part 1 is here.

That's it for to today, now it's time to show me your face.
Nicole

Will we ever live in peace?
That movie sounds interesting, though! And the AI-faces are cool!
Have a great Friday and I look forward to the eggs.

Dear Nicole,
your AI images are an excellent accompaniment to the topic you touched on today. To be honest, I no longer know how I imagined the year 2025 or the future. My husband told me that when he was a child, he had to write an essay at school about how he imagined the year 2000 would look: people would travel to distant planets and there would be flying cars and "houses up to the sky". (Skyscrapers were not yet common in Vienna at that time ;-)) Neither he nor I could have imagined that one day there would be a small device that was a telephone, camera, music archive, calendar, encyclopedia, etc. And from my teenage years onwards I was no longer sure whether peace in our part of the world would really be maintained forever...
Whatever the future brings: let's live our lives as good as we can and try to find (and sow) happiness and contentment in our small circle. With your tips in your blog (e.g. frozen eggs) you are making an important contribution to informing people, which I also find very helpful!
I wish you and your beoved ones a good, healthy and happy New Year!
✨🍀🐞🍀❣️🌟❣️🍀🐞🍀✨
Hugs and all the best, Traude

PS: I looked for the film, but it doesn't seem to be available on German-language streaming services yet... I'll have to wait, but thanks for the tip!

I remember as a kid saying I would be 60 in 2020. That seemed so old to me. Now it's 25, yikes! Life goes too fast I hope you have a super T day Nicole. And thanks for hosting another year of Frdaiy Face Off. hugs-Erika

...Nicole, I hope that we are all wrong about the horrors of four more years with Trump. Be well.

I'm loving your AI faces -- they're fun! Yes, we all were a little short on getting the peace thoughts we anticipated. But, we soldier on!

Lol, I would probably not like to have a face like that. Just thinking about what problem it must be to wash yourself before going to bed at night. :):) Wishing you a Happy New Year.
