Hi Everyone!
I am happy that it is Friday Face OFF. (FFO) I have been trying to work with one hand and arm, thank goodness it's my left hand. So not much done this week. I had these leather molded skulls made from last year. I painted a canvas and then embellished it all. I feel like it's missing something, but Mr. M. said he likes it the way it is and wants it for his art room. OK by me. LOL
Now for the featured artist.
This week it is;
Have a great Friday.

Great blog at RostRose.
I hope you are feeling better.
Thank you for hosting, Nicole.
...I'll be back in the morning.
Lovely art Nicole. You are left handed then? Hope you feel better soon.
I hope that sleeping and napping helps restore some of your energy.
Still beautifully created skull mask with that amorphous contour
Great art! Also that your Hubby wants it for his art room!
Hope you get your power back soon, ack I feel the same under this weather!
Now off to your artists of the week :-)
Absolutely fabulous art work, Nicole. I don't wonder why your husband likes it.
I wish you feel better. Take care and rest a lot
Hugs xx
Hi Nicole. I wish I had been able to join you at FFO this week, but life got in the way. I am SO sorry. already have plans for something next FFO. Just hope I get time to finish it.
I agree with Mr. M. I think these leather skulls are brilliant. Just wonderful. Will they be going in your sale? I hope you will be feeling better soon. Sorry to read about your numbness. PLEASE take care of you, dear.
Fabulous and scary skulls. Happy Friday, hugs,Valerie
One hand's work is good too. you have a good mastering of your art
I think Mr. M. wanting it just as it is is a lovely complement. I agree with him, Nicole. Nicely done however you managed to do it. I hope you feel better soon! Take care!
I always like how you shape and form the leather to beautiful pieces. It is soo beautiful.
...Nicole, thanks for hosting the party. Take care and continue to get better.
Oh, THANK YOU for the nice introduction, dear Nicole. I'm a bit embarrassed as I don't show any actual artwork of mine, just photos - but I'm glad you like my blog.
I also like your leather skulls, two of them look very "moving", like ghosts in the wind... maybe that's what you're missing: the third skull looks more static than the others because of the leather that isn't "wrinkled"? But since ghost skulls probably also have different personalities, there is no need for all heads to look the same and not all have to have the same appearance...
Today you will get, among other things, the faces of big cats and oxen from me. You've already seen them - thanks for visiting my blog and for your nice comment ❤️.

You are good at creating skulls. And these surely pass the test.
Have a lovely weekend.
Much❤love
I hope you get some treatment (and relief) soon. I am sure that working with only one hand is frustrating.
I will keep praying for you-my thoughts are with you, my friend. I hope you get real rest soon.
Neat piece for FOF! You may want to create something “pretty” when you feel better. We will count on it!
You are in my thoughts and prayers! You are a real artist
❤️
You're so good at creating faces.
I thought I left a comment, but I guess I read your post and got interrupted. I'm sure your body is telling you it needs that sleep, so it's important to get it, as you know. Hopefully your energy will be back soon. Hugs-Erika
I hope you are soon feeling better, Nicole! You are in my thoughts!
Congrats on your skulls :-)
The study of art is fascinating.

I agree with Mr. M., nothing missing in this piece of artwork. Of course, since art is in the eye of the beholder, you have a right to your opinion, Ha! Did I miss something. I knew you were experiencing numbness in you face, now it is in your hand and arm. I am so sorry ... I am glad your art is keeping you moving. It serves you well. I still wish you could go to Mayo Clinic... I know it seems like too much, but if anyone could help you, they could. In any case, I am glad you are hanging in and keeping up with your art ... art therapy you could call it :) You are ever in my thoughts, Nicole. I am hoping for the best for you.
