T stands for cold and wet

 Hi Everyone!

Well it storm season lots of rain, wind, and it's cold. Ohh that's called winter. LOL
A lot of trees are down. Some people were without power for 4 days. We were fortunate that our power stayed on.
On a happy note it's T-Day over at
Bleubeard and Elizabeth's. Be sure to stop by there to see what the T-Gang are doing.
For me.... I am still working on bottles and skulls. I know, not very interesting when I have shown so many. I am showing some things that are in my art room and it is truly a mess so don't think badly of me. When I work I pull things down and leave them until I am done.
It's how I work best, everything at my finger tips.

Some new some old art.

I painted this Lizard a shinny blue/green for this Jar. I just love him.

In the 1990s I created a lot of bone and critter art. I was licensed to pick up road kills. I skinned, tanned and saved bones and skulls to create with. Always gave the animals a good Native burial.

So these are real snake vertebra that sits on top of the cloth closure for this jar.

These are the last of the bottles. Yes this desk top is a mess.

2 skulls ready to be corpsed. This table is beyond a mess. But it's my mess. LOL

Last but not least my drink for the week. Last week I showed a drink that Rain shared with us. I didn't have any ice. This week I have ice.

Mine is Apple Cranberry, orange juice and 7up. With crushed ice. OMG good!!! and ohhhh so pretty.

Well that's it for me. The wind is howling something wicked and I need
to get off the PC.
Have a truly wonderful evening and day tomorrow.

Nicole

You and I work the same way, and my work space is a BIG mess right now too. I haven't had a lot of time to clean it, but hopefully this week. I am loving all these bottles too. The one with the swamp lizard and skunk oil is my favorite, although since one my dogs still smells skunky since last September I hope you really don't have skunk oil in it-smile. Rain's drink looks greta- I need to try that too. Hope your weather improves and you have a happy T day. hugs-Erika

Your creativity doesn't seem to know any limits, it's fantastic. I don't think your studio looks that messy, just like something with an artist who works there. I wish you all the very best for 2023, Nicole.

Oh my gosh, your definition of messy and mine are sooo different. You would totally freak out if you saw my work space - so much messier than yours!!!

I love the bottles. I love you were certified to pick up roadkill. I didn't even know that was a thing to be certified for and it sounds so cool. I love that you treated the animals with so much respect. You are are so deep and cool.

The drinks sound FAB!

Hugz and Happy T-day!

We didn't lose power in our storm either and that was good. As for your art room being a mess, it's your room, enjoy it!

Interesting art room :) art rooms have to be a little messy :)

That is messy? Ha ha. My "cleaned up" is messier than that.
Great looking "creepy" jars.
"certified to pick up road kill" ???? I didn't know that was a thing.

We're getting so much rain lately. Drought this past summer, flooding now *sigh* And there are on and off again tornado warnings just south of us this morning. The weather is getting more extreme.

That is a pretty drink. Happy T Tuesday!

Glad to hear your house is in good conditions despite the storm has damaged many trees and the power grid.
My son is in the US now, on holiday, but he is on the other side of the country, the "icy side" :-) LOL ... he's spending the first week of the year in NY State. He has just sent me two pictures of the big apple
Thank you for sharing your art works and your creations. I like your bottles & skulls.
Apple cranberry, orange juice and 7up seems a good combination. Enjoy it!

The place looks artistic and clean still. You must have a high standard for being clean. The drinks look very refershing

The storm sounds really scary, especially if it causes loss of power etc, hope things have calmed down now. I'm messy too, but it gets out of control and then I have to stop and clear everything so I can start again otherwise I end up working in about a foot of space lol. That's where we are now, I'm in clean up mode and putting things away, also I can't find something which is very frustrating, and if things were put away, I would know where it was! Happy T Day! I can find things in a mess. If I clean, I don't remember where I put it! LOL Thanks for sharing. Happy T Day.

I left my craft room in a mess over Christmas and New Year and have now cleared a space to work in. Your projects are looking fabulous! Pleased that you had power, the storms made the news here. Happy New Year, hugs, Chrisx

This is a generic copy and paste because I have so many I need to visit. I have been offline since early Tuesday morning. Not only did I lose internet and phone, I also lost heat and electricity. Thank goodness for extra blankets, layering, and two very warm fur babies. Just wanted you to know why you haven't heard from me.

Wow, I am loving those bottles. That drink has lots of great sounding goodies in it. thanks for sharing with us for T this week, dear Nicole.
