Friday Face OFF 6/24

 Hi Everyone!
Welcome to Friday Face Off. FFO. To join in is very easy. Write a post, feature a face, put my link on your post, then come by here, link up and leave a comment. Show me your face in any medium, any kind of face. 
Today I am showing some of my favorite leather faces. All of these were made BC ya know before covid.
I seriously can't remember when I made this face. Maybe 10 years ago? I do remember painting the face white and then thinking, "What the hell am I going to do with this?"
I used pastels to shade  and add a bit of color and I fell in love with him. I have been asked many times to sell him but I won't. I placed him on one of my tiles and he lives in my stair well. On the wall, of course. LOL

 

 
 
I created these for a feature display at our library BC. 
 
Most of my leather faces do NOT have a mold under the face. The leather stands on its own.

 

 
 
This last piece I do know when I made it. 1994. Yes, it's another one of my favorites.
I hope you enjoyed some of my leather art.

    I do love your leather moulded faces, you've such a talent Nicole, superb contrast of colour in 1994, a memorable year for me the year of my first born. Really sweet to see your Son & Granddaughters, lovely happy faces. Happy FFO, I don't see a Mr.Linky to link up but I'll pop back later to see if he's woken hee hee.
