Friday Face Off

 Hi Everyone!

Today is Friday Face Off. I am linking up with Barbara and possibly Glen.  I had fun making this face and getting all the wrinkles in. I put dark brown doll eyes in. They look black and like that.
Here is this weeks face.

Now, I will let this sit for a few days. Then, pick it up and make any changes I think it needs. I know there will be some light sanding and highlighting some high spots. Other than that I am happy with this guy.
Hope you enjoyed the process.

  3. This is from Barb. So sorry Nicole, I always comment on your blog but they are not going through. I have this problem with some comments, not all.

Your face today is so interesting to me, especially the way you got wrinkles! He isn’t scary, just looks old, perhaps even homeless. There’s a great deal of human character in this one.

  6. I love it. I need information about the eyes you are using please. Thank you for sharing the process. PS it is Gene not Glen, ha ha. Not offended, for some reason I get that a lot. 😁

  8. Loving that wrinkly face, Nicole. For some reason I feel safness for this face. Might he remind me of a homeless man? I'm trying this comment wth a different browser on my phone. Let me know if you get it please.

  9. Yes, I did enjoy indeed! Thank you for showing. But don´t make me like it so much that Ingo buys me supplies, LOL!

  10. You've brought him to life adding those eyes, he'll be watching you where ever you go now hee hee.. Always used to love working with terracotta, such a different clay feel from the grey. I've so enjoyed my catch up of your face off Fridays.
