T Stands for long drive

 Hi Everyone!

Today is T stands for long drive over at Bleubeard and Elizabeth's. Ya know, it's T- party time. This is going to be short. I had to drive Mr. M. to Salem today. It's such a long drive and we always stop in Albany (this is Oregon) to shop at Costco and Winco. Much better prices than in Florence. Sooooo needless to say it is a very long day. 6 hours total on the road, shopping, home, put everything away and then for me beer thirty. LOL Mr. M. has fallen to sleep on the couch and I am getting ready to go upstairs to watch a movie and probably fall to sleep before it gets going. Sighhhh...
getting old is hard. LOL
While I waited in the car for Mr. M. I started this creature. I will have it finished tomorrow or the next day.

To get into the T-Party I have to show some sort of drink.
I mentioned earlier that I had a beer when I got home. I could have had a few but only had one left in the fridg. Ha ha ha. I never have more than one. Coors Light in a bottle is my beer of choice.
Coors Light Lager Beer, 18 Pack, 12 fl. oz. Bottles | Meijer

I hope you all have a lovely Tuesday.

  6. Sounds like it was a very long day for you, Nicole. You certainly put your time to good use, though with that drawing. After all that shopping, driving, and work you did, a beer sounds good, too. Thanks for sharing it with us for T this Tuesday, dear Nicole.

  16. Just the thought of Costco wears me out -- and we live only a 15 minute drive from the local one. So I have lots of sympathy for your experience. You deserve the beer.

  17. Florence to Salem is quite a drive! I hope it's at least a pretty one. That beer must have tasted delicious at the end of that day. By the way, last summer we were in a lovely pub in Florence where they had a great selection of beer including some very tasty wheat beer.

  21. Also younger people would be tired after six hours on the road. It seems you enjoyed your shopping time. I wouldn't mind a bottle of that Coors light! :-)
Looking forward to see you face finished and colours!
