Happy Tuesday!
Tuesday means it a T-Party over at Elizabeth's Altered Book Lover. Every week the T-gang gets together to share a bit of their world. The ticket to get in is a drink of some sort. So, what's been going on in my small part of the world? First, I got another head on a stick made. I used glass eyes and it worked out great. I will get this little creature painted today.
Next is my window onion. Last Saturday I showed an onion bottom I started in water in one of my kitchen windows. Seriously, I can just about watch it grow.

Making Dinner last night. I got some beautiful bell peppers the other day and sooo it was stuffed pepper night. These are organic so I will keep the seeds to dry and use later in a garden.
Mix ground meat with anything you want to spice and season it up. Add an egg, bread crumbs and a bit of oats. Mix is all up.

I like orange Mr. M. likes red.
|
There is always meat left over so it goes in as a small meat loaf. I do not like greasy food so everything goes on a rack with water in the bottom to steam the food.
|
I forgot to take a photo of the finished plate. There was rice and corn and of course homemade Red Lobster biscuits.

Update on my car. The part finally came in. I will take my care in this week and drop it off for about 10 days. I sure hope the loaner car is descent. I will sterilize it before I get into it. LOL
Now for my ticket into the party. My dear friend Donna Z. sent me two mugs to help fill my cupboard. If you didn't see my post about my shelf breaking... well most of my cups and mugs fell to the ground with a crash. Thanks Donna I love this so much. Ohh there is hot water inside the cup.
That's it for today. Be sure to check out what the T-Gang is up to. Have a good one.

Oh my, those ceramic eyes!
...stuffed pepper are a favorite of mine!
Good morning, I am loving the eyes on your latest art sculpture, enjoyed seeing your foods (ps I am starting food wednesdays tomorrow)
oh no so sorry about the loss of your cups that is really sad. I am loving your new one.
good luck your car rental and getting yours fixed
Happy T wishes Kathy

Isn't it fun watching plants grow? I hope to make my own little herb garden outside this summer:) Haven't made stuffed peppers in some years now- your meal looks delicious, and I like that you're keeping the seeds.
Wow, what a shame about your shelf breaking and losing mugs and cups as well:(. It could be fun looking for and replacing some of them with new ones;) Happy T day!
I didn't know onions would grow like that! Cool! That stuffed pepper looks tasty. What pretty mugs :) Happy T Tuesday
My husband loves stuffed bell pepper, but we fill it with rice and meat and some veggie like leeks. This is how we made it in Germany. I was never successful in growing my own bell peppers, so I don't even try anymore. I'm sure you will have more success than I did.
Losing your mug collection when the shelf fell sounds awful! I had that happen once with a shelf of serving dishes though it was a furnished rental apartment so I just had to replace them, no feelings about the dishes. Still, I can empathize!

I love stuffed bell peppers but not the hubby. Yours look delicious. I may have to make some for myself. And hope the car repair goes well. 10 days is a long time. And the alligator mug is great. I really like it too. Its different and some of those gators do look like they're smiling. Hope your T day is going well. Hugs-Erika
What an interesting creature. Loving the texture on his body!
Your meals look delicious. It has been a while since I have had stuffed peppers. Now I want one! And the Red Lobster biscuits sound yummy too!
SO fun that you are growing an onion. I will have to try that.
Love your mug! I know what it is like to lose a shelf of dishes. Hopefully it was nothing really sentimental to you.
Happy Tea Day,
Kate
Your little clay creature is going to be quite unique with those eyes.
I make my stuffed peppers with rice and tomatoes, and of course, no meat. Nice that you got yours stuffed so well. I want to start an onion, too. Do I plant it in dirt after it gets the size of yours on Tuesday?
What a wonderful friend to send those mugs after your shelf disaster. They are beautiful and have friendship written all over them! Thanks for sharing your art, your peppers, and your new mug with us for T this Tuesday, dear Nicole.
Your onion looks great and is even pretty. Great art. Happy T Day.
Very cool! I wouldn´t know where to get glass eyes. Spooky fun!
Can´t wait to see the end-result :-)
Cool with the onion. I once grew two little avocado treet from the bip. Sadly both, after having reached 30-40 cm in height, they.... died. So sad.
Hmmmm, stuffed pepper! Ingo uses rice, pepper, mushroom and loads of cheese, plus parsley, yummy, too. I think I´ll suggest this for next weekend!
Good luck with the car. I once got a great one after a woman destroyed one side of my parked car. I took a day off to visit my Brother just to drive that car!
Nice cup, but still shoot with the shelf!
We make a great stuffed pepper with vegetarian ingredients. Reminds me that I haven't done it for a while. Maybe time to give it another journey to our plates!
Nice art and food!
Boa tarde Nicole. Esculturas maravilhosas e receitas deliciosas. Uma ótima quarta-feira.
Cute little creature.
Interesting art creature! Neat on the onion bottom and the food looks so good.
Your creature is cute. I love stuffed peppers too. I hope your car problems will get fixed very soon.
Just love your glass eyed creature!!!
