Greetings!
Today is T-Tuesday over at Elizabeth's. Be sure to stop by her blog. She always has something interesting going on over there including the T gang.
For me I am sitting here with a cup of coffee trying to wake up. It's very early. As I get older it seems to be more difficult to get up and get going. Just one more thing to add to the list of getting old sucks. LOL
With that I have been busy trying to get as much caning as possible done before winter. As most of you know I have to can outside. Here is what I have for this week.
First coffee.
I can't find the photo.
Mr. M. got a vanilla pudding over graham cracker crust pie last night.
My DIL, Eva, and Julette.
My Son, Eva and Julette.
I'm told that Eva will not allow Julette to be out of her sight. She is in the middle of everything wanting to help. I think she will make the best big sister.

...getting old may suck, but it beats the alternative.
ReplyDeleteYou r new great grandchild is gorgeous, what a little treasure for that lovely family. Happy T Day, Valerie
ReplyDeleteThese photos got better and better. Sweet baby!
ReplyDeleteYou have been so busy Nicole! Eva is sweet, so is big sis Julette.
ReplyDeleteSorry I got the names mixed up, Julette is the newborn sweetie!
DeleteI'm in the same boat as you Nicole- it takes me time to get moving in the mornings, and coffee is the perfect start for me! I don't know how you get all that wonderful canning done in between your art and errands etc. but oh how great it will all be over the cold months. The girls are so sweet and how wonderful big sister is watching over Julette. Happy T day!
ReplyDeleteWonderful baby photos, especially with the loving big sister.

OH, how cute! Love the family photos and congrats on the canning! :)
ReplyDeleteNeither my wife nor I have heard of canning potatoes, and we have done lots of canning over the years. How do you use them when you have canned them, and what's involved before they make it into the jar?
ReplyDeleteDavid, I used some of my canned white potatoes the other day. I rinsed them off dried them off with a paper towel, seasoned them fried them in a bit of grapeseed oil, or any oil of your choice. I will do a post about caning potatoes. They are sooooo good.
DeleteYou've been busy canning all the red potatoes and chili! Looks delicious! Eva sounds like a wonderful big sister to Eva!
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing amount of canning you created this week. It's been forever since I did any, and I am in awe of what you have accomplished. No wonder you needed coffee to start your day.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos of your family. So sweet how Eva has taken over the role of big sis to Julette.
Thanks for sharing your canning, your family, and your coffee with us for T this Tuesday, dear Nicole.
Boa noite Nicole. Parabéns pela colheita maravilhosa e linda família.
ReplyDeleteYou have been busy again. A great stock for your pantry.
ReplyDeleteSweet baby! A newborn always brings a smile to my face.
Happy Tea Day,
Kate
You have gotten a lot done canning wise Nicole. You will be set for the winter, or at least much of it. Congrats for that accomplishment. And I love these photos of your family. Too bad they are in Florida, but Eva is adorable. So is JUlette. Hope you had a wonderful T day. hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteBusy, busy, busy with those delicious goodies. Truth be told, I’d rather have the pie. Lovely family. Happy T Day
ReplyDeleteThe chillis look especially good!
ReplyDeleteAnd such a cute family.
he baby is so precious, Nicole. A lovely family! Congrats to you! Grandbabies are one of the plus sides of getting older.
ReplyDeleteI agree that the mornings get harder as we age, but coffee does help - a blessing from God for sure.
Your canning looks fabulous and makes me jealous that you have the talent, knowledge, and great food to do it with. One day, I am going to learn to do this!!!
Happy T-day!
Oh Juliette is gorgeous! She has a nice head of hair too. And Eva a proud big sister. Is the baby your grandchild or great grandchild? Your son doesn’t look old enough to be a grandpa.
ReplyDeleteYes, I have trouble getting going too. So I just take it easy. The problem is, when I get going ( usually after midday) I don’t stop and in the evening I have trouble going TO bed. Hubby often has to ask me more than once to stop and come to bed.
A belated happy T-Day,
Hugs,
Lisca
Did my comment come through? I’m trying to do this on my iPad, but Blogger doesn’t like iPads.
ReplyDeleteI’m so happy to see little Eva looking well and happy!!! Congratulations to all on the new baby!
ReplyDeleteWow, you have been busy canning again. It's great to see.
ReplyDeleteYour great granddaughter is gorgeous. And with such a nice mop of hair too!
Give her an extra cuddle from me.
Happy belated T-Day,
Hugs,
Lisca
I love it when big sisters are like that! And you have been busy again with canning, I admire that!
ReplyDeleteI am enjoying my old age! LOL Lovely little one. :) I hope you had a great T-Day.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the newest great granddaughter!! She sure has the hair. :) Julette will be a darling big sister! My girls are less than 2-years apart in age. They were and still are the bestest of friends. My son who's the youngest is closest to sister #2 since there's only 4-years between them. Big sister #1 was pretty mean to him after he got to be older. I kept telling her, be nice to him. One day, he will out grow you and he did. He outgrew us all, even his dad! lol
ReplyDeleteAnother creative activity and what a beautiful family you have ~ Xo

Pretty baby! Pretty big sister! You deserve to get crazy with the baby photos. Your canned goods look scrumptious. If I were back in Nova Scotia, I'd be canning with my sisters. Take care, Nicole!
ReplyDeleteWow you have been really busy with the canning. Congrats on the new baby, Happy belated T day Elle/EOTC xx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful family photographs, my good wishes to everyone.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
