Paint Party Friday July 2

 Hi Everyone!

Here it is Paint Party Friday, and I scrambled to get something finished.
I had a lot to do today and painting was in the back of my mind all day. Finally I had time for the art room. I had started a painting similar to this last week, but I changed it up. I don't know about you, but my art changes and morphs at almost every turn.

It started like this. I am trying to use more blue. LOL

Clouds, a fence and a few weeds

Change the color a bit, add more rocks and more weeds.
This is a place in my  memory from Eastern MT.

Stop by Paint Party Friday to see what all the other artists have created.
You won't be disappointing.

  17. This is stunning, Nicole. When I saw this, I thought of Arizona, not Montana. It's certainly beautiful. Of course, I just drove through MT, and I suspect you lived there in the past.

  18. Hi Nicole, I'm loving the use of blue but, it really pops-up because there are other elements in the painting. 💙🧡 I really like the whole thing. Art. ✔

  20. lol, your art is like nature itself. Changes are the rule.
Manmade stuff don´t change, nature changes always.
I never know what will happen when I start something. I might have an idea but it rarely ends up that way.
Your art today looks like something I saw in Morocco. If I revisit the place it will look different.

  22. Sorry, I'm very late. Had a busy weekend.
It's amazing to see how a painting changes with brush strokes. Beautiful result!
I'll be offline some weeks, enjoy 'in the summertime when the weather is hot...'
