Hi Everyone!

I can't believe how busy I am and at the end of the day I feel like I don't get anything done. This is not like me at all. I am very organized and finish things I start. However, that's not happening the last few days. Must be the change in the weather, LOL
Yesterday I took more squash, onions, celery, cucumbers and dill from the garden and canned this. I wish I had thought of this before I froze 15lbs of squash. siigghhh.
Next year I will do things differently.
All of these tomatoes will be made into a relish and also canned. It is a happy place for me.
What makes you happy?

Now I am off to get something done.
Ha ha ha
Be safe out there and have a great day

That sounds like a great canning combination! I wish I derived pleasure from working with food. Truth is though, I don’t like anything related to cooking or food preparation. I think I’m somehow missing out, but that’s me. Being creative artistically is my favorite thing!

Wow, that is a great bunch you have there! Nothing grew here this year, apart from some "wild strawberries" that were sour.
It would make me happy to get the darn taxes done, argh.

Your canned produce and tomatoes look delicious. Our tomatoes are coming thick and fast now, and my husband is currently making some stuffed tomatoes for our evening meal 😊
Walking, bird-watching, art and crochet make me happy.
Keep safe and well,
Alison xx
