PPF Art Every Day Month

Hi Everyone!

Well I think I am back full time now. My eye is not 100%, there are still some problems with my sight that the doctor doesn't know what it is. Soooooo We will see how this works out.

Before my eye surgery I had started some pieces of  Shock Art.
These are the two pieces I have finished.

I am linking up with Paint Party Friday, hosts Eva and Kristen

Nicole,

Your skull sketch is excellent - very creepy for the Halloween occasion! I need to back up on your posts to see what's the deal with your eye but I can say this I know about eye health because DH had a detached retina three years ago. Thankfully, his story has a better ending than some who go down this road. I hope whatever crisis you're facing it has a happy ending, too. Thanks for stopping by for a visit. Have a good weekend! ;)

I am new to your blog but from the art you have posted today, I would say that your eye sight is not hampering your talent. I can't imagine how hard it would be to be creative and lose your eye sight. I wish you well and look forward to more of you lovely art ...

Hi Nicole :) Your bully piece makes me very sad, you brought a lot of emotion into it, and it really is right to be called shock art. SO well done. Your skull drawing is awesome! I wish I could draw like that! Thanks so much for joining in this week!! And I'm happy to hear your sight is improving! Such good news! Wishing you all the best, enjoy your weekend! :)

I'm running SO far behind. Trying to catch up is harder than I anticipated. I simply adore your shock art. It is SO thought provoking and invites a thoughtful conversation on bullying, too. I also love your skeleton. You draw SO well. I'm glad your eye surgery went well. I'm here from AEDM and will be back daily.

Hi Nicole, its a while since my last visit and I've been going back through your posts.
Lots of different parts to your artworks - wow, love the variety.
Glad your sight is starting to improve, as a commenter said above - your art hasn't suffered (but I guess you get tired eyes more quickly). Great to catch up!
