PAINT PARTY FRIDAY 5/19

Hi Everyone!

OMG!!!!! I am so busy with..... EVERYTHING..... that I have had little time to create. Well that isn't really true. I spent a lot of time with some beading that I accomplished even with lupus hands. You can see close ups of the beading and  read the story here if you are interested   Anyway, I know that when I am TRYING to get the art done it isn't as good. That is how I feel this week. Some good, so not, so don't judge me too harshly. I am still getting it done at 137 pieces of finished art in 137 days.
I am linking up with the beautiful ladies Eva and Kristen who host Paint Party Friday and the equally beautiful artists who take the courage each week to show their art. It is always such a pleasure to see what all of you are coming up with. Thanks for sharing.
Now for my week of art.

Beaded Bolo for DH.

A beaded necklace for me. The three Swarovski Crystals at the bottom
where my Grandmother's

This is the one I am not happy with. Tried to get it done before I had to leave the house.

These abstracts are always fun for me. I get my hands, forearm, and elbows into these.

OK  no elbows on this one. I see all kinds of fairies dancing and playing with globes. I just couldn't go any further.

 Elbows on this one.  LOL

I am posting mega early due to meetings all day and into the evening.

your necklaces are fantabulous! You do great work and I totally hear you about getting stuck into goopy art. Last summer I made some paper mach fruit and was totally covered from head to toe for days! Fun though, hehehe. Visiting from PPF.

So many people pieces! I love that necklace! It's so pretty, and I love that you included your grandmother's crystals. That makes it even more special.

Your beading is magnificent and I see nothing to judge harshly ... all pass with flying colors ... almost literally when it comes to abstracts. Love that you put texture into your abstracts. Sorry I stirred your patriotic pot last week. I, too, have so much anger that if I get started it is hard to stop ... but I really don't want to stop. I want to share my anger with everyone who is being desecrated by this idiotic presidency. They are calling for impeachment ... but I don't feel good about the runner up either. We just need to resist and get out the vote in 2018. Lets put a stop to this nonsense!

Your abstracts are wonderful, as are your beads. I am not a beads person at all, but I do see beauty. Also, don't be so harsh on yourself, I know it is sometimes hard, but...

Have a great, inspiring week a head ❤

Such patience you have to do that intricate beadwork. I have heard of people getting into their painting, but you literally do "get into your work". Good job

So many gorgeous things. I really don´t understand how you are able to create it all. Love the necklace you made for yourself with the crystals to remember your grandmother :)

What wonderful pieces! I think the abstracts are lots of fun. It definitely can be a challenge when painting on a deadline, but your are doing so much wonderful art!

I know what you mean about getting the elbows into it also. LOL All your work is great! Even the rushed drawing that you don't like it appealing to me. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Your beaded art is so beautiful Nicole! I can relate to what you're saying about trying to get the art done. It can be so frustrating. And the lady that you're not happy about is looking frustrated too! I still like her though ... :-)
