It's My Birthday on Paint Party Friday

Hi Everyone!

Wow what a whirl wind week, and yes it is my birthday today.  What a better way to celebrate than with Paint Party Friday and all the great artists who show up.  A big thanks to Eva and Kristen for hosting.  OK I am 65 and it feel so strange because in my head I am still in my 30s.
Age is all in your head anyway right. LOL
Sooooooooo this week even as busy as I have been I have kept up with 
My Art Everyday. Here are my latest pieces

    Wishing you the happiest of birthdays, Nicole! You are so right age is entirely a state of mind. I'm still about 19 in my head so it always comes as something of a shock to look in the mirror and see a middle aged woman looking back at me!!
    Your portraits are really good - the little boys hugging is fab although I love those beautiful full lips on the second portrait too! Have a wonderful day!

    Beautiful artwork, Nicole. I am especially drawn to the lady with the head wrap. When I see your drawings, I feel nudged to draw. I hope your birthday is wonderful. Oh, to be 65 again! There is so much more to paint and draw and time goes by so fast.

    Happy Birthday Nicole! Love the art you have done this week. Now that you have turned 65 have the phone calls and mailing for Medicare Supplement Insurance slowed down? These people are driving me crazy!!!!I won't be 65 until June but it's been going on for months now.

    Happy Birthday! Hope you had a sparkling or two!
    On April 31st we had a few bottles, so goood. We celebrate 'vappu' May Day enjoying spring coming with sparkling and good food. Some people go out but we party at home.
