NEW FACE FOR SUNDAY SKETCHES

Hi Everyone!

I hope this Sunday finds you all well and creating in some way. It is so cold here, for me, that I baked DH cookies this morning just to warm the house up. I have been watching/listening the the marathon Fear The Walking Dead and drawing. Oh the finale of  FTWD is on tonight, thus the marathon.  Anyway this was a tough study today.  I am happy with what I learned, but feel like I could have done better on the whole piece. Hey I am my worst critic. I think I should just be able to draw what is in my head.  Oh my that can be scary place hee hee hee.
This is what I drew today.
Ohhh I just found Sunday Sketches so I am joining in on that.

  3. Awesome sketch, Nicole! I'm so glad you signed up for Sunday Sketches! :)

Just a heads up, neither of your links worked for me on Alexandra's Linky gadget. Both said the page did not exist. I had to click your HOME button to get here. Try adding this one into the Linky gadget - https://beadwright.blogspot.com.au/2016/10/new-face.html

    Have a lovely week ~ :)

  9. The face has great character! Although I change things a lot, I usually use some form of reference as a base. I admire artists who can do it without reference though.

  10. We are always our own worst critic, Nicole. I talk about this very thing and having COURAGE in our own art in an online course I wrote awhile ago. If you're interested, check it out on my classes link. It's called, Hello, Courage. :)

We are all constantly learning, one day at a time. Take your time and always believe in YOU.

    xx

I am sorry I had to put a word verification for my comments due to the unsightly spam comments against women. Please take the time to leave me a comment. I love hearing from you.
