PAINT PARTY FRIDAY JULY 18

Hi Everyone!

Wow what a busy week. On top of everyday things we had to drive into town yesterday to buy groceries. uuhhhgggg I really dislike driving into Eugene. I have a few choice words for the tourist but thought I would be nice today. Ha ha......
In my world I would rather deal with these.
A fun painting entitle
 "My World"
12x12" gallery canvas in acrylics.
What would your world look like?

A big thanks to Eva and Kristin for hosting Paint Party Friday. Stop over to see all of the truly wonderful artists who take a step to show their art.

'Love your fantasy world with the interesting and creative birds flying around. I think my world would have more flowers, and would probably be in a tropical setting. I know, not very original!!

I love this - such wonderful colours!! It's got a primeval feel about it, like flying dinosaurs...

Hi Nicole. It's very pretty and yes it is serene. I totally agree with going to the grocery store. We try to go very early in the day to avoid the shoppers that block aisles and the crying or screaming kids.

My world would be a quiet place on the lake where there are so skiers of course and sunny 80 degree weather and no humidity and it only rains at night and it never snows.

ha ha we get the tourist thing here in asheville/hot springs too!! it's a double edged sword all right. That's a great painting, to me it gives me a feel of a post Apocalyptic world for some reason

Nicole, this is so beautiful with the complementary color scheme. We don't get a lot of tourists near where I live, but one of the natives pulled out in front of me today as I was going 45. I hit the brakes, horn and steering wheel with alacrity and avoided creaming her by drifting into the other lane. Lucky for me no one was in that lane. Scared me silly.

Your world is excellent! I see GOT! LOL!
My world, would be cool, sometimes a nice snow fall, other times Autumn. Nature surrounding me ;o)
I remember, going on a train ride and seeing "Eugene" as one of the stops! That is too funny! LOL!
