SUMMER OF COLOR WEEK 4 BEADED SCULPTURE

Hi Everyone!

It is week 4 for the Summer of Color, hosted by Kristin at Twinkle, Twinkle. You have all week to visit and see who is creating what in these fabulous colors.

This is a piece I beaded a few years ago. Bead sculpture in porcelain

Seed beads in size 11/0 and 15/0 with embellishment beads.

The edging is a traditional stitch and the backing is green leather

Have a great week!

I'm not sure my previous post took. If so, please feel free to remove one. I'm super impressed that you got this finished so quickly. I can't begin to imagine working that fast and coming up with something this stunning.

I am fascinated by all the details on this wonderful piece of jewelry, I love the strap (not sure if that is the right name for it) with it's two different types of beading, and the patterned piece is so complex and creative, lovely beadwork.

Oh this is an original piece, both for SOC and as an art work, such detail and creativity!

I'm glad you have written books, your bead artworks are amazing! I'm also glad you have painting, there was a time when I didn't paint and I'm so glad to be painting now. I think for people that do art, having an artistic venue is so important, your paintings are wonderful!
