OUCH OUCH OUCH OUCH OUCH

Hi Everyone!

Yesterday was a full day. In the morning I had Physical Therapy. It was an evaluation day on my feet. Right after that I saw my podiatrist. The eval went great and we came up with a good plan and goal for my feet. It's called walking without pain. LOL
My podiatrist, whom I like very much, did an exam and then and injection. It seems there is a bursitis in my heel. REALLY???? Ohhh and if you have never had an injection "anywhere" in your foot, but especially in your heel............then COUNT your lucky stars. I swear childbirth was easier. LOL
The injection normally works pretty well, but this time my foot hurt all night and this morning it is not good. EEEEkkkk. I guess I will just have to "sit" and do art today.  Ohhh darn.
So that was my Wednesday. Hope all of you had a better one.

You can't imagine how much this hurts. :(

Sorry you have to go through so much pain...but at least it gave you some guilt-free beading time.

Yikes! That looks very painful, I hope you feel better soon. I've injured my feet a number of times and my podiatrist has given me stretches to do. He's offered to give me shots, but I think I'll stick with the stretches! I hope you have a wonderful day of art!

ooooh the injection sounds horrendous. Just by chance today I managed to get a diagnosis for my walking problems after 6 months of pestering. Saw a new doctor today and he said I had Plantar Fasciitis, no wonder I have been crippled with pain. Annette x

oh my word - enough already - you've been through more than enough. Hopefully the pain has faded by this point and doesn't come back. Will you need to go in for regular shots? EGADS.

Oh, you poor thing! I've heard the same thing about foot injections from other people. I had a cortisone injection in my shoulder once, which was pretty nasty -- it felt the way I imagine getting shot with a bullet made of ice would feel. So I sympathize, and I hope you're feeling better now. <3

OH MY GOODNESS....to much FYI woman. I think I felt it. Ohh I know I didn't and I can only imagine how much it hurt. OUCH is probably toning it down a bit..no....a whole lot!!
I have had a cortisone injection in my jaw and I know there is NO WAY I will ever have another one. EVER!!!!

I hope that you are feeling much better today and I'm still sending those healing thoughts.

TFC with tons of love thrown in,
