Hi Everyone!
Today is the big reveal.... Nnooooo not my Rivoli come back necklace silly.... my gall stones.
Ahh ha ha ha gottcha.
OK so I did get the call today to pick up my gallstones. Yes I will be making some sort of art with them. They come in a plastic jar with formalin which if formaldehyde. So all the little stones are still in the jar. I really wanted to show you the larger stones.
(I am sitting her giggling at the thought of showing the world my gallstone, how weird am I?)
 but you guys asked.
I think they are kind of pretty and the tops look like they were starting to polish on their own.
They are porous but I don't think I will have any trouble creating with them. The two larger stones measure around 25mm the smaller one about 18mm, OUCH!!! LOL
Have a good laugh everyone!!!
They almost resemble pinecones
I love the brown amber colors
see how polished they are on top? Very cool!

  1. Oh my goodness. ayeeeee. Oooooh, I don't know what to say....Have fun with them and try to get even with them since they caused you pain, give it to them. ayeeeee..........

  2. OK, that is kind of ......weird! *LOL*

  3. Oh. how much better that they are on the *outside*! Have fun making something crazy and interesting. ;)

  4. As weird as it is...I have to say that only you could have had these very artistic looking stones develop inside them! They remind me of geodes or druzy or something like that!

  5. This is kind of weird and cool at the same time! LOL! Nice colors! I still can't believe they were in you! ;o) Take Care ;o)

  6. I think they're kind of pretty too! And I can't believe how huge they are. No wonder you weren't feeling well.

  7. Looking at these makes me want to cry. No wonder you were in so much pain! Thank goodness they are now on the OUTSIDE. Yikes! Get your rest and recover soon, please!

  8. Oh, wow, these are huge - I am so glad they are out of your system, no wonder you were in pain! Keep taking care of yourself.

  9. I finally got my blog to work properly, so I can now visit you more often. Of course, when I got here, I was introduced to stones of a different sort (grin). How fun. I remember my Grandmother had some of those in a jar on the return from the hospital when I was in 7th grade. But I don't think hers were anywhere near that big. They sure are pretty, though.
